This Privacy Policy explains how Ocean Gate Hospitality (“OGH”, “we”, “us”) handles information collected through ogihotels.com. It does not cover the websites of the hotel brands where reservations are completed (Hilton, IHG, Marriott, Wyndham, Choice Hotels or Cloudbeds), which have their own privacy policies.
Information we collect
- Forms. When you request an event consultation, apply for a job, contact us or subscribe to our updates, we collect what you enter: name, phone, email, and depending on the form, event details, position of interest, preferred city, your message and your resume.
- Hotel search. The booking search sends the hotel, dates and number of guests you choose to the hotel brand’s website so it can show availability. We do not process reservations or payments.
- Usage data. Our hosting provider records standard technical data (IP address, browser and pages requested) for security and performance. On ogihotels.com we use the Meta Pixel to measure visits and the effectiveness of our advertising.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry, plan your event or evaluate your job application.
- To send updates you subscribed to; you can unsubscribe at any time.
- To measure and improve our website and advertising.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the website and our business: Netlify (website hosting and form backup), HighLevel (our customer relationship management system, where inquiries and applications are stored), and Meta Platforms (advertising measurement). Resumes are stored privately and are only accessible to our hiring team.
Retention
We keep inquiries and applications for as long as needed to respond and for our legitimate business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by contacting us. You can limit advertising measurement through your browser or device settings and your Meta ad preferences.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
